All meetings will start at 10:00 am and run to 3:30 – lunch will be provided. Outfitters are encouraged to show up early enough to sign in, view the discussion panels, and be ready to go for 10.

All participants must register in advance. Registration deadline is April 1st, 2024

We are asking that only one representative from each outfitter business attend the meetings, and that each business only attend one of the three meetings.

The working session agenda will include facilitated round-table discussion on the following topics:
- History and status of SCPO’s work on illegal outfitting and non-resident freelance
- Current data and regulatory framework
- Future state of outfitted game bird sector
- Benefits and risks of an allocation model
- Key factors/variables for any design
- Preliminary allocation design concepts
